We are PlanVector AI™

Our Mission

PlanVector AI™ was founded with a single, clear mission: to revolutionize project management using advanced AI that understands cause and effect in projects. We believe that deep understanding and true insights will lead to foresight that can transform how projects are delivered.

Who we are

An AI model company focused on projects

PlanVector AI develops domain-specific foundation models for the project and portfolio domain. We work with software vendors, enterprises and systems integrators that are building agents and analytics for complex projects.

The team combines experience in enterprise project systems, large program delivery and applied AI.

The Journey to PlanVector AI™

PlanVector AI™ was created by the founders of PlanAutomate with 20+ years in building and deploying complex enterprise systems for project management. PlanVector AI™ was established specifically to develop AI for project-driven companies, harnessing the collective knowledge of PlanAutomate’s founders in project management and software development.

What we do

A project world model you can build on

Our first model, PWM-1F, is a project world model that reads project metric histories and provides project-aware analysis for agents and analytics layers.

We do not ship a standalone project management app under the PlanVector brand. Instead, we provide the model layer that other products and internal teams can use when they need reliable project health, risk and margin insight.

Why this is needed

Projects generate telemetry. Most systems do not use it well.

Large organiaations and platforms collect detailed data on schedules, costs, work in progress, risks and workloads. Much of this telemetry is used for reporting and basic alerts. It rarely turns into consistent, forward-looking insight about where projects are heading.

Generic foundation models are effective at summarizing documents and messages. They are less suited to repeated, high-stakes judgments over evolving metric histories. PlanVector exists to provide a model that is built for that specific job.

How we work with partners and customers

A model-first collaboration

Engagements typically follow three steps:

talk-bubbles-outline-badged

Discovery

Clarify project use cases, review available metrics and identify candidate portfolios for evaluation.

Evaluation

Run PWM-1F on historical project data to assess health, driver and risk behavior, and compare against existing controls and expert judgment.

align-center

Integration

Support agent and tooling integration on Vertex AI, including metric mapping, payload design and prompt patterns.

In all cases, customer data remains in the customer environment and is not used to train the base model.
